When you’re ready; click on “Get Started” below and you can start completing a Prime Lending online pre-qualification form.  Once you’ve finished and submitted the application, it is automatically transmitted to Erika Naegelin at Prime Lending. Erika Naegelin will evaluate your information and will contact you as soon as possible to help you get things moving on your loan.

  • If you have a credit score of 620 or higher, go ahead and get started today!
  • If you don’t know what your credit score is, I would highly recommend finding out first, before getting started.

This process is of no charge to you the customer and We DO NOT disclose personal information about you or any of our other customers or former customers to our affiliates or to non affiliated third parties.

To make the process even easier, we’d suggest you pull together as much of the following information as possible. It will make completing the pre-qualification form that much easier and you will be that much more prepared for your loan application.

Required Documents For All Loans:
(Copies of these items will need to be provided in order for your loan to be processed.)

  • Driver’s License and Social Security Card
  • Last two years’ W-2’s
  • One full month’s pay stubs showing year-to-date earnings
  • For self-employed or commissioned borrowers: last two years’
  • Federal tax returns and a year-to-date profit and loss statement
  • If you receive Social Security benefits, a copy of your awards letter
  • If you are a college graduate in the last two years, please bring a copy of your diploma
  • Last three months’ bank statements (or last quarterly statement) all pages, all accounts
  • Last three months’ (or last quarterly statement) of 401(k)/retirement accounts, all pages
  • If you are divorced, a copy of your divorce decree and property settlement, all pages
  • If you pay or receive child support, a copy of your child support order if separate from divorce decree. Alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income need not be revealed if you choose not to have it considered for repaying the loan.
  • If you have had any negative credit (late payments, collections charge-offs, judgments, or repossessions), a detailed letter of explanation
  • If you have declared bankruptcy within the past 10 years, a copy of your bankruptcy documents, all pages
  • If you have sold any property within the last six months, a copy of the settlement statement or HUD-1 you received at closing
  • If you own any rental property, copies of lease agreements and last two years’ Federal tax returns
  • If you own any property free and clear, a copy of the tax and insurance information
  • If you are not a U.S. citizen, a copy of your resident alien card
